Kun Fayakun Meaning

The meaning of the word Kun Fayakun is that Allah Almighty if we want the existence of something related to His good pleasure, while the state of things and the essence of its presence according to the will of Allah. There is nothing that could be ordered to exist except for the presence of affairs of. Nothing could occur unless directed otherwise.

Allah determines everything that existed before, everything that does not exist but is known to Him before it happens. As the parable is something existing, then Allah ordered to get out of the situation none to the existing situation.

So great was the Allah and as the Muslims who believe we also need to know the awesomeness of Allah would be if it wishes (Kun Fayakun) that we can see more here.

This word Kun Fayakun mentioned several times in the Quran Karim,

1. In Ali ‘Imran verse 59

She said, “My Lord, how will I have a child when no man has touched me?” [The angel] said, “Such is Allah ; He creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.

Mentioned in the above verse how the Prophet Adam was created by Allah just in a short time that it really example the creation of Jesus with Allah is like the creation of Adam was formed first and Adam was created from the ground by Allah, He only says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.

2. In Surah Ali ‘Imran: 47

She said, “My Lord, how will I have a child when no man has touched me?” [The angel] said, “Such is Allah ; He creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.

We can refer to how Maryam told God that he did not believe that she would have children because she had never been touched by any man. Allaah will say to him that what he wills, it will create. Something that is set on the will of Allah, with a single word “Be”, it will be totally finished.

3. In Surah Maryam: 35

It is not [befitting] for Allah to take a son; exalted is He! When He decrees an affair, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is.

Mentioned that Allah is Glorified then it is not feasible for him to have a child and if it establishes something, then only with one word or the word “Be”, then what He wills to create is going to be instant without any doubt.

4. In Surah Al An’am: 73

And it is He who created the heavens and earth in truth. And the day He says, “Be,” and it is, His word is the truth. And His is the dominion [on] the Day the Horn is blown. [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed; and He is the Wise, the Acquainted.

The will of God is powerful also mentioned that it is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and all of his words is true moreover when God says “Be, and it is”. Everything is in the hands of his powers when the trumpet is blown. Allah knows all things supernatural and real, and Allah is the Knower and Wise.

5, In Surah Yasin: 82

His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, “Be,” and it is.

also mentioned how Allah wills and in establishing a term unequivocally that actually if anything wills, He just says “Be!” and it is.

6. In Al-Baqarah: 117

Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is.

About how the willingness and power of God to create the heavens and the earth. And because Allah as the Creator of heaven and earth, then anything that He wills to directly be just by saying “Be!”

As we believe that Allah is the Almighty, Most Great and nothing are impossible for Him. With just a single word and his word is decisive, whatever He wills can be made as a heartbeat show that He is the owner of the power, the sky, the earth and everything in it.
